It doesn't.

If a religious belief is truly
personalized, then it becomes something that
a person carries with them wherever they go,
be it work, school, church, or the grocery store.
I don't see any reason why public schools
should need to set aside a specific block of
time "for religious purposes," but neither do I
see any reason for schools to be a "religion
free zone" where a student is not permitted to
engage in activities like prayer, Bible-reading,
or talking about their faith.
