Yeah. I have this feeling that those of us who do math like this are definitely going to be the people who say they're bad at math. I KNOW there's got to be a better way to do math than that, but I can't for the life of me find one that works for me. I keep resorting to visualization, which has got to be the *worst* way to do math problems in your head. Gah.
