If there is not one thing I can't wait for, it is the nfl season to start full blown.

I have this dream that one day within my own house that this would be reality. Big screen tv, cold beer, leather lazyboy recliner, meatza pizza, extra thick carpet against my bare feet, fan spiraling above me in my raised roof living room, with monday night football going full speed.

Unfortunately, I'm in the military, so am very restricted from such comfort. Enjoy the freedom of life as you can...

Anyhow, here's my interpretation of the nfl season if any of you actually care, I'll give it to you as a sportsman myself.

Rams have potential to win it all, considering their top rate offense and newly gained and styled defense. With an improved defense that plays tampa style, the offense would be allowed more opportunities for their aggressiveness. Rams have the chip of last year on their shoulder and would be out to set a new example of nfl to other teams as well. I see them having a near perfect record, winning the average score in games at 30 points and spread from opponents at 14.

Lions have an average team for this years season. Batch can improve in position and hopefully the new offensive style will adhere to that. Also a beefed up front line would be there to keep him from injury and allow him more time- which is the problem to begin with. Defense will still be strong but not at the top. They may make the playoffs, until then they have to prove that they are potential winners for the playoffs.

I'll just stick to my perspective of these two teams since I'm their fan. I have no bandwagon teams, except for baseball and that would be with the arizona diamondbacks. Any other team I'd say can be best monitored from espn, excite sports, or cnn sports illistrated.
