My workout routine is:

Chest: Bench Press 3 sets of 10 reps.
Shoulder: Shoulder Press 3x10.
Bicep: Seated Curls 3x10.
Back: Seated Row 3x10.
Upper Legs: Leg Press 3x15
Lower Legs: Calf Raises 3x12
Tricep: Tricep push-down 3x10
Cardio: 10-20 minutes on the stationary bike

Then I repeat everything except for legs and cardio (sometimes substituting different exercises--such as pec-dek for chest--for a body part) this time doing only 2 sets for each body part.

Sometimes I get lazy and skip the cardio, which isn't good. Sometimes I get lazier and skip the legs, which isn't good. Sometimes I get even LAZIER and skip the entire second run through the routine, which sucks. But I usually at least go when I plan on going.

One time I wrote a post that had a point. But it didn't feel right.
