Tomorrow I'll drive down to Laredo, TX, where a good friend of mine who lives in Monterrey, Mexico, will pick me up and take me south of the border. I've never been outside of the good ole 48 before, so I'm hoping this turns out to be a really good experience! Like others who are leaving, my internet access will most likely be severly limited. However, anything you could post or e-mail that might help me along my journey would be appreciated. While in Saltillo--just south of Monterrey--I will be preaching in what is called a Young Speaker's Meeting. I will be the only English speaking speaker there and my friend Julio will translate. Prayers and good wishes are appreciated in that department as well. At any rate, I'm extremely excited. I will keep you all posted as to how things are going if I can get to an internet connection.
