This is a very interesting book I found; I don't know how good this English translation (see below) is since I'm reading the German translation, the original being Russian. I've read about two thirds of it, and I can only recommend it if you want mind-numbing conversation: for certain reasons (satire being not the least), there's a lot of bureaucratic language and such. But it's good to read and an interesting thing to talk about.

P.S. I haven't read more than the first two lines of the translation below, but it seemed fair enough. Get it from the library if you can, it's really worth it.
