A subliminal message, maybe?

I was having a look the other day at one of my favourite websites ever - www.sausagenet.com . It's a site about nostalgic old children's TV programmes, like Dangermouse and the Pink Panther. It was when I was on the Pink Panther section that I noticed these lyrics for one of the songs (I think it's the theme song but I don't remember it having any words.) Anyway, here are the lyrics.

Well, here he is, the pink panther,
the RINKY-DINK panther,
isn't he a panther ever so pink ?
He really is a groovy cat,
and what a gentleman, a scholar, what an acrobat !
He's in the pink - the pink panther
The RINKY-DINK panther,
and it's as plain as your nose ...
that he's the one and only, truly original
panther-pink from head to toes !

As you can see, I have subtly highlighted a couple of phrases. They're the real ones off the site, I didn't make them up...I'm just wondering whether the person who made up the term "rinky-dink" for the members of this forum was subliminally prompted to do so. Any thoughts? Sam, are you big on things like this, or was it just blind chance?
