I kneed a lesson

I'm going to have to start being more careful. I tripped the other day and fell on my old knee. It felt OK after a little while so I didn't worry about it. Then two days later, it swelled up and started to hurt. I can hardly walk. I wonder how many times I will have to study that lesson before I get smart. Why do these things always happen when you are planning a trip?
