Or the ones that have A SMALL BOOK'S WORTH OF ADS between the Table Of Contents and the first article, so that you have to look *back* at the ToC to be reminded of the page number, or even the article you wanted to look for in the first place. I don't know about anyone else, but such placement does *not* make me want to buy their product.
