When my wife and I play, it's even harder because our first names begin with the same letter as do our middle names. T.E.D. vs. T.E.D. We just use T / T. However, my T has an arrow in the horizontal bar to look like the male symbol and hers has a small cross on the vertical bar to look like the female symbol.
