The latest: 132 locations, 1105293 bytes (8373 per location). Starting with this post, I'm measuring the size using only 1 byte per line-end (the \n character) as opposed to the 2 byte (\r\n) combination I was measuring from previously, so the total size shrinks about 2.5%.

I've recently done some of the most complicated sequences in the game. One of them had a single option with 1769 lines of code, mainly because the puzzle was stretching what could be done easily in AGLL. After finishing this particular one, I may have to throw out an even more complicated one (complicated as seen from the programming view, not the player's view).
