Okay, now to get serious...

Frankly, the injokes do get a bit irritating, and that makes newbies feel all left out. And no, not all newbies are evil little scummy creatures from the deepest pits of the black lagoon. That appears to be the opinion of some people I know (not anyone here, but just in case...)
