As far as I can tell, it looks like it is supposed to on my browser. At the moment, that means Internet Explorer 5 on a 13" monitor set at 1024X768 resolution.

I only have one suggestion: get rid of the eclipse graphic that floats behind all the text in your main body frame. It makes the text difficult to read. Oh, and and red text on black is inherently one of the most difficult things to read. You might to change it to a lighter color.
