Have you thought about something non-artistic?
I've always wanted to grab one of those little tape recorders and start recording my random thoughts whenever they come up. Maybe you're a good speaker; who knows?
And there's something else you haven't tried, either, if you're ready to learn some new languages: Web design, programming.. You could even start writing CGI or Javascripts. I know how utterly stupid that sounds to some people, but when I get an idea, I open up Paint Shop Pro or FrontPage or even just Notepad to type up some HTML or make some graphics.
Digital art is a great way of expressing yourself without having to create anything from scratch- basically, you modify already-made (and hopefully free to the public) works, such as photographs (or even use your own- have you considered photography?).
Like Travholt said, it's all going to take a certain amount of work to acheive a style that satisfies you (after all, if you're not satisfied with it, then it's jsut going to make you more frustrated), or maybe you just have to teach yourself not to be so overly critical of yourself (like I am, LOL!). Like Sosi said, just because you can't write or draw like everyone else doesn't mean it's not good- the best writers and artists (and every other occupation) develop their own unique style and stun the world with it ;-)
Can I pop in one more thing? I've found that my solo written works really aren't very good (or else *I* am not totally satisfied), but when I team up with a friend, they write the basics, and I EDIT it, then I usually love the effect. That's one great way of channeling the ways of a critic into something good- be an editor! Maybe you'd like it too, I don't know. I don't know about *any* of these, they're jsut suggestions, and I hope you find something that you enjoy doing ;-)
