Is it because the Canadian people don't spread themselves out as much as Americans? (For once, i ask in sincerity and not sarcasm)

What i really want to know is what Detroit, Milwaukee, Baltimore, and Philadelphia did to run everyone over that ten-year space.

Penny--Obviously, i didn't put D.C. in my list--i don't question why people would leace D.C.--Stamp

P.S. OK, so Detroit was probably due to auto plant closings, but that doesn't explain the others.
