I have returned. From the swampy part of southern Georgia, that is. Heavy rain ruined the first few days, but Thursday and Friday were fabulous. I have managed to unload my truck and trailer, but have yet to receive word on the scooter judging. I guess if I had won a trophy, someone would have called.

I pulled a little joke on my fellow scooterists. I posted a picture of a free minature motorscooter on a mail box. It had a metal body and real rubber tires. Yes, free. Most people couldn't believe that it was free, and had to look on my website for the details. But there it was, complete with instructions how anybody could have a little scooter like that at no cost and with no strings attached.

Ok, it was a joke, but I got a lot of takers.
