Ha! I know what Tim Tams are! Two weeks ago, I did not. Now, thanks to a trip to New Zealand, I am more educated on the subject of southerly sweets. Tim Tams RULE. The caramel ones are the best, but the coffee flavored ones are gross, because they are flavored like real coffee, not the very nice light artificial coffee flavor we have here. Tim Tams are also better than Chit-Chats, another chocolate covered wafer type cookie I am now educated about. We have neither in the U.S.
