I haven't read the entire book, only a little at the beginning. Style is a thing I usually notice right away when reading (I also notice things like Adverbs and Speech Tags, but that's because I'm a writer). I rather liked her writing style. It struck me as Roald Dahl-ish.

I've learned that no matter how intelligent or skilled a reviewer is, the review is still their opinion. And my opinion is invaribly different.
