> Further to my previous post about what Sam, Dave and Leen are up to, we've just come back from two days on the Coromandel Peninsula.

YAY! That's where I and my friend went biking when we went to NZ! It's a beautiful place, sprinkled with little summer houses and stuff. We were there on the first summer holiday, I think it's called Labour Weekend, so 'everybody' was there on a short vacation. And we were lucky, because that was the first weekend with nice, warm weather that summer. We started the trip on Saturday October 24, 1998, with a lunch at "The Success" café and restaurant in Coromandel.

Then we went to Kuaotunu, Hahei and Tairua. Tuesday we went back to Auckland. A much too short trip. I'm definitely going back to do more biking on NZ! Next time hopefully for a month or two.
