I used to do the fetal position thing in childhood, and my sheets would get so knotted up from my tossing/turning that i'd just about need help to get out of bed in the morning.

Now, i prefer more of a mummification style: face up, body straight, covers tucked tightly under either side, suppogting lower back and knees.

P.S. I used to have intense sleeplessness problems too--turned out to be dehydration.
