"Blessed Be" is a common greeting/saying used by wiccans. I suggested she search using those words to get wiccan links instead of web sites about green-skinned witches on broomsticks. :)

I believe that "pagan" refers to a religious belief that is neither Christian, Jewish nor Muslim. Wicca would be a pagan religion; not all pagan religions are wiccan.
