Good luck conquering the jet lag! ;) I've done the USA - Australia/NZ thing myself, twice, and it can be pretty brutal... but it's worth it for the fun of seeing an awesome part of the world.

By the way, when you get back to the USA, you WILL have the urge to get up at midnight and make waffles. ;)
