We had a TV show here a few years ago that had always the same last option. It was
d. Canada
I'd vote for that.
That one was also always the right one, no matter how stupid. (It was a stupid show.) Except for one question: Who's going to be the next World champion in ice-hockey? Right answer: Finland. And the answer was supposed to be shouted so loudly that it could be heard in Canada.
