There's absolutely nothing wrong with finding someone for yourself through the Church. You didn't accept the task given you for the sole purpose of abusing it to meet women--it just happened on its own, as a natural consequence. You have nothing to feel guilty about.

The only conflict of interest I see in this at all is related to the other dilemma you have...you MUST resolve that in some manner before you pursue ANYTHING with this other girl. If you don't, I guarantee it's going to gnaw at you in the long run.
