Weather is soooooooo fickle. It rained all the way to Georgia, but quit as soon as we got there. It was really nice with flowers already beginning to bloom. The temperature was about 70 F. On the way home, the wind was blowing trucks around so bad it was scary to pass them. Then about the time we got to the Loudon County line, rain again.
We already have minor flooding and the worst is yet to come. Tomorrow, Good Lord willin' and th' creeks don't rise, we are headed for Pigeon Forge. It's only about an hour from here. Dollywood is closed for the season, but just a few minutes up river from Pigeon Forge, is Gatlinburg and they have a fantastic (the ads say) new aquarium. I've seen the one at Monterey Bay in California, and the one in Chattanooga and the one in Virginia Beach, so I don't expect to be blown away, but it will be fun.
