Once our German teacher passed out some papers. I don't remember if they were just handout sheets or old, graded homework or what, but they were in German and they were about the thing which we were studying at the time. I forgot to put mine away, so it was sitting there in my hand, being held as if I were studying it, except I wasn't looking at it. After that, we were given a written test. Well, about five or ten minutes into it, my teacher noticed this paper in my hand, entirely in German and on the exact same subject in my test, being held so that I must have been reading it, and he took away my test and made me come back after lunch. He at least wasn't accusing about it, but everyone in the room thought I had been cheating. I was mortified. Had I been a bit younger and he a bit sterner, I could've cried.
