Well, if you were to ask me this right after one of my karate classes I'd say touch without question. It'd be nice not to be in pain after just one class ;) I'd have to pick taste. It would royally tick me off not to be able to taste food again, but the other senses are more useful to me. Sight, sound, smell, and touch are all required for good driving. You have to see the road, hear the other guy honking at you, smell your electrical system catching on fire so you can pull over before the flames shoot out of your dashboard and onto the hand that's on the gearshift, and feel the vibrations caused by that imbalanced front right wheel so you can get it fixed before you vibrate your car apart.

Since I'm very into driving, taste would have to go.
