I don't think the people making these mistakes are stupid idiots... (And just to be on the safe side: Yes, I noticed your sarcasm/irony here... :-) Actually, I have a hard time calling anyone idiots or stupid. Sometimes people do stupid things, but I don't think that's the same.

What I'm saying, is that I just don't understand how people's minds work since they're able *not* to think twice about how they position the text. It's like putting your sweater on backwards or inside out without noticing, even when you look yourself in the mirror afterwards.
