I dunno, but I had Diet, caffeine-free Big K a while back, and it's just soda water with caramel color. I suppose it could be useful in a number of home remedies when you're fresh out of carbonated water (and who hasn't had that happen to them?) On a somewhat related note, I have found a medecinal use for Coca-Cola Classic. I found that warm (but still fizzy) Coke helps me keep down a nausea attack.
