I don't think so. The only place I've heard it is on the Sarah Brightman CD of the same name (which I own). According to the CD pamplet, it was co-written by L. Quarantotto, F. Sartori, and F. Peterson. Sounds like a couple of Italian guys and a Brit or possibly a Yank like me.
