What do you mean -- in booze, or tobacco? ;)
In an ideal world, I'd move to legalize marijuana for medical and industrial hemp purposes -- thereby moving it off the restricted list -- and instead put hard-content alcohol and cigarettes on the FDA's Schedule 1 list ("High potential for abuse; no current legal medical use in the US"), where they can rightfully join heroin and LSD as noxiously abusive and illegal drugs.
