I spent today at a large sports stadium, and they had an aeroplane circling in the air. It had one of those message tails, but the problem was, it was backwards. The plane was circulating clockwise when it should have been circulating anti-clockwise, so we could read it's message.

Is this because I'm in Southern hemisphere and the plane was built in the Northern?
