I have been out for Dim Sum, once, and I was amazed. I am not normally a big fan of oriental food (and yes, I know, the stuff we call "Chinese Food" often is unrelated to the real deal) but Dim Sum was a singular experience which I would like to repeat. One of my co-workers, who is also an old university pal, is from a very traditional Chinese family and tries to broaden the horizons of a few of us now and then. He also took us to a sushi bar he worked at in high school once-- the Japanese have some odd but good ideas with raw fish.

Hmm... Sometime soon I will have to see about going again. Not only was the food excellent, but the price was very low as well. Oh, and I had both Har Gow and Shui-Mye and can see why they're so popular. (I recognized the descriptions, not the names.) :-)
