My reasoning is that if the vampire is physical -- he's not a hallucination, and you can see him -- and flesh himself (which stands to reason if he needs physical BLOOD to survive), then he must be doing something to the laws of optics to prevent incident light from forming his image in the mirror. Thus if he's hindering incident light from reaching the mirror target, he'd be intercepting any incident rays bouncing off of *you*, too. Technically you'd be invisible to the mirror when the vampire's around.
