There was a time when cars like that made sense. I'm sure they still do in some places. Such cars would not be able to keep up with freeway traffic in this country, nor would they be safe around 40-ton trailer trucks, but I'd want one if I lived on Molokai, or St. Martin, or maybe even Key West. They probably get more miles per litre than some cars get per gallon. (For more Vespa info, see my post under My Vespa. I'm going to start and new thread, but probably not a long one.)
