I'm having a devil of a time finding a motherboard that meets my requirements for my computer upgrade. I need a PIII motherboard that's designed for the flip-chipPPGA, not the slot 1, capable of supporting PIII's up to 1ghz at a 133mhz bus speed.

NO onboard video or sound. My cards are better anyway.

AGP 4X slot
PCI slots (duh ;)
I REQUIRE an ISA slot. I'm not giving up this awesome modem of mine!

It needs to support PC100 and 133 SDRAM (RDRAM is fine PROVIDED the RDRAM slots are backwards compatible with SDRAM - -- I haven't found that out yet) (i don't wanna have to replace my SDRAM)

I've found motherboards that meet every requirement except the ISA slot. Am I just out of luck or is there one hiding out there somewhere?
