Um, wow... Thanks. I have to say, though, that I felt after reading the more recent replies on the message board, that both you and Sam said the things that I wanted to say, but more succinctly and clearly than I said them. But even still, I am very flattered at your praise. Mainly, though, I am VERY happy that I was able to make you feel better. As Sam pointed out, that flamer guy is probably not intelligent or mature enough to learn anything from any of what we have said, so the only thing I could really accomplish was to cheer you up-- And hearing that I did almost brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for making my day by telling me that I made yours. :-)

On a completely different note, I think I am having my best week EVER. I keep getting rave reviews on my fiction. (I still keep hearing that little voice saying that it's because I have friends reviewing my work and they HAVE to be nice, but the increasing number of responses and the constructive criticism are gradually silencing that voice.) I made Mina so happy she almost cried. At home, I talked to my ex-girlfriend for over an hour in a wonderfully civil conversation. I have been getting more sleep. I have been reading books again. I have been doing better at work. Now, if the game session I run tomorrow goes well, I will have to declare this week the best week EVER. (Meeting a Donfident woman would, of course, be a nice bonus, but with how good this week has been so far, it really isn't necessary.) ;-)

Now I'm going to go get a whole pile of work done so my boss will think I'm great. One more...
