A few posts ago, some people were discussing Carl's Jr, and its related chain Hardees. I never saw a Carl's Jr until I moved out west. I was wondering if any others get those obnoxious Carl's Jr commercials played. The ones where it's silent, except for some rude person chomping and slurping on Carl's Jr. fare. The one I hate the most is the woman in the library--her chewing is amplified, and she smacks her mouth for 15 seconds before the slogan "don't bother me, I'm eating" is intoned by a voiceover. I have to turn the channel when these insipid pitch ads come on. Is anyone else as revolted by these ads as I am?
