Interesting you should mention that. My wife made us a loaf of Boston Brown Bread back in December, but it wasn't round or steamed inside a soup can. It was dark brown. She made it in the traditional manner, in a bread pan in the oven. One of the main ingredients is molasses, which makes it quite sweet and tasty!
