It looked like two couples going out to eat together. As far as I know, that restaurant does not serve alcohol. And this lady did not seem tipsy in the slightest. But who knows? *shrug*

I wasn't suggesting she had a wild party going on with booze. But her suprise at her age seems like the kind of thing a person would say on her birthday, and you don't have to get drunk to be less inhibited, you just have to be having a good time, like at a small birthday party with a few friends.
