Oh! That reminds me of the old Pizza Hut commercials with Pizza Head! He was this pizza slice with toppings for a face and I don't even think his mouth moved (although when the went to diferent shots it had often changed expressions). Bad Guy Steve was always doing mean stuff to him and it was SO FUNNY.
