The two times I've done this before, I needed the money up front, so I said I've got to have the checks in by n date. These days I have a real job so I could front the money.

If you're in a situation where you've got the cash to buy several dozen shirts, then you don't need to specify an order deadline. You should get a good price break on six dozen white two-color front-only shirts.

You should try to get heavyweight t-shirts (or at least 100% cotton). They'll be sturdier.
