> Nope. Can't say that I do. I do have a diary though. I always write stuff in it which I want to stop bothering me like bad feelings or really big excitement. It sort of makes it less real to write it down. No matter how personal it is, I always end up showing it to my sister somehow... I just don't know how to keep secrets.

Is it that or is it that you can't resolve those issues without having someone else see them?

Others have mentioned writing angry letters and then throwing them away as a means of working through problems. That would help me verbalize my problem, but afterward I would only be all the more frustrated. By putting logical terms and a rational voice to something that bothers me, it would absolutely KILL me to know that whoever I'm angry at or hurt by or whatever would never really understand why I was angry or hurt. So if I feel the need to write something in the first place, I also feel the need to have it get read. Now, having just ANYBODY read it still would not be enough for me -- it would have to be the one I'm writing "to" -- but everybody's different. Maybe showing it to your sister is what you need to bring closure to whatever's bothering you? Does it help knowing that your sister can understand you at times when others do not? My question is rhetorical; answer only if you want to. Whether you would answer 'yes' to me or not, I would think others might.
