As I think I already told you, Dave, Sam came in the day the election started and yelled to go vote on the BAM election currently underway, even if we didn't know any of the titles or authors.
I fell in this catergory, so decided to pick the book that sounded coolest to me at the time.
"Dark Planet" sounded the coolest. I don't know why, it doesn't now, maybe 'cause you're so set against it. ; ) Now I think I would have voted for "Cradle of the Sun".
But anyways, that's why I picked that one.
