Just because he happens to share -- coincidentally --the same Pacific coast time zone as RinkWorks' domain hoster DreamHost, Stephen hastens to support a narrowly parochial view of global Forum affairs. Such an paltry attitude underscores his intrinsic UNFITNESS for Supreme Domination of the RinkForum.

Worse yet, by catering to his PST bias, he exposes himself as an unwitting lackey and mouthpiece of the Evil Empire. Bill Gates, as we all know, ships out all MS products SET BY DEFAULT according to his nefarious "Microsoft Time™," which is Pacific in origin because MS is located on the West coast. Despite all his anti-MS posturing, Stephen is actually a SELL-OUT, and this is further proof that he will be First against the wall when the Revolution comes (FATWWTRC).

If anything, we have a far stronger basis to argue that U.S. "national" RinkTime ought to be by the Eastern Standard accounting. RinkWorks itself exists only by the very sufferance of its Creator; and its scope is defined by how the sun and moon rise -- and by how they set, equivocally -- upon Sam's creative hours. Since Sam himself lives and breathes according to the EST clock, thus too should EST be regarded as its American time standard counterpart. Q.E.D.
