A colour sort of like this (formerly) "speckled pink" jelly bean which I'm looking at right now, after the dyes from the other Jelly Bellies had melted into it?

I have no idea how graphic colour-namers (is there a name for that profession?) come up with names for new colours. We painted our master bedroom in a shade somewhere between "Amish Linen" and "Arabian Sand." But I *still* want to find out what one colour listed as "shìtbrindle" looks like. Is *that* one listed in the Pantone charts? :-)

My most memorable concept of wild colour names is from THGTTG, where it talks about a whole spectrum of unspeakable colours "ranging from Ultra Violent to Infra Dead, taking in Liver Purple, Loathsome Lilac, Matter Yellow, Burnt Hombre and Gan Green along the way." Well, Agrajag was certainly having a bad day at that point, anyway.
