Before I sound insensitive, let me say that I hope you get your cat back, and quickly, too... I am a cat lover (obviously) and would go crazy if Mocha took off on me.

That aside, I have to wonder if it is a coincidence that in the example listed above, you use both "Don" and "monkey"... Is there something I should know about? ;-)
