Hi! I'm new to *posting* to the message forum, but I've been reading it a long time...

As a post-Christmas present, a friend of my mom's gave me the most lovely blue kimono, since she never wore it. I love it, love it, love it! My trouble is the sash. It's just a skinny little belt. I suspect that it's tied the same way a martial arts sash is (I'm currently in Tai Chi and I took Kung Fu for two years, so I know how to do it) but I have no idea. I'd like to know how to wear it properly, so if you happen to know which side of the kimono front goes on top and how to tie the sash, I'd be much obliged... granted, it'll be kinda hard to describe it in text, but I'll take what help I can get.
