Well, there's a reason why I can get up and go so quickly. First of all, I don't take a shower in the morning. Ever. I always take those at night before bed. Sure, my hair looks like a mess the following morning, but I just comb it down with my hand a little and if it still looks stupid (like it usually does) then I tend not to care. (Time: about 30 seconds) Also, the cloths that I wear for the next day are sort of in a pile at the foot of my bed. I'm not all that picky on that. Basically, it's like "Okay, here's a shirt and here's some pants. They look clean, I'll wear them." What takes me the longest time about getting dressed is finding a matching pair of socks that don't have holes in my sock drawer. I always tell myself that I'll take out those hole-y socks on the weekend, but I never seem to. (Total time: 1 min, 30 sec). Then, there's packing my school bag. If it's not packed the day before, my stuff is usually in a pile right beside it and I just shove it in (Time: about 10 seconds). After that, there's breakfast. That tends to take the most time. If I'm in a rush, I might go without breakfast and just grab a bun or something on my way out. Usually I have about 5 minutes or so, so I make myself some instant hot cereal or something. (Time: 0 - 7 minutes). After that, I just have to make a lunch for myself, which consists of grabbing a bun or some other bread thing and a tetra-pack. (Time: about 1-2 minutes, usually while I heat up the hot water for hot cereal). Finally, I grab my coat, put it on, put on my little mits, hood etc. and run out the door (Time: about 30 seconds).

So, my entire morning routine can take from as little as 3 minutes to as much as around 15 minutes. Good thing too, because my dad's policy is "If you're not in the car when I am, I leave without you." It's happened.
