mmm.... I'm not a military brat, nor do I have a buddy in Canada.... but fun story related to these things which I don't think I told in my "What I Did This summer" post. The last day we were in Guatemala - well, the day we were coming home, really - we were in the airport in Guatemala City for something like an hour between when we checked in and when we boarded our flight. A lot of us still had quetzals to spend... my friend Julie and I took uip a LOT of ours buying Kinder Eggs.... we had this little group of people putting together the toys and eating the chocolate... I very nearly got sick off of something like three of those.... yum!
